I thought you knew that the name of this dish is the famous döner kebab. döner= rotary. It gets its name from the way it is cooked by rotaring. They called the fake Arabic version shawarma. but what I really want to say is different. We call this the leaf doner. Even though many pieces of meat are placed on top of each other, a single piece of long and thin meat emerges. That's what I was trying to say when I said it should be done in accordance with the original. The length of the leaf depends on the skill of the master and the tool he uses. Long and thin doner blades are used for this job. The leaf in this video is cut with a rotary machine and its maximum length is only 5 centimeters. In this way, the meat becomes minced meat and loses its properties. The customer who eats this meal will eat minced meat instead of meat and will not be able to taste the meat. Not to mention that the dish will lose its speciality. This is what I was talking about when I said there was a reason why it was cut with a doner knife. So the point is not that we are too stupid to think of using an electric tool! We generally prefer to make it plain in order to enjoy the taste of the meat. That's why we put very small amounts of tomatoes, onions and greens into the sandwiches. But in Europe, they fill the sandwich with vegetables. Aside from not being able to taste it, they cannot even realize that the fraudsters are feeding them fake meat. Fresh and real meat will be shiny. This is actually what they are trying to hide by putting lots of vegetables and sauce. This is what I wanted to say.

@@ilipap3695 The wikipedia page literally says that Gyros , Shawarma and even Taco el pastor have its roots in Doner kebab from the Ottoman Era and now Turkey . Why are Greek people like this ?? no one forbids you to make other countries food but what is this crying and denying facts ?? I dont see Americans claim Pizza is theirs ?? they embraced it its litteraly part of their culture now but no American would deny pizza has its roots in Italy and came there with Italian Immigrants . Same goes for Yoghurt its litterally documented that Europe got to know Yoghurt for the first time in the 1500's when an Ottoman Sultan send its to an ill French king . Yet you idiots claim its yours ? Its broughts their by nomadic Turks stop the crying . You hate the Turks so much yet you go mental when some one says 90% of your culture is just rebranded Turkish culture . Sad man Greece used to be a great nation 4000 years ago

I don't think the taste is changed if cutting is done by machine. This method is productive as one can quickly cut many doner kebabs.

The bigger the bite, the more you taste it. At the same time, the larger the piece, the less it will dry. There are many more factors like this. So you can be absolutely sure that the taste will change. Neither I nor we have any objection to the machine issue. It's a good thing that they make life easier. But as long as they do it in a way that is true to the original, it's good. And if that were the case, there would be no need for me to make these comments.

Rok muzika je sad minorna pojava i ovde na zapadu. Vec 20 godina mladi to uopste ne slusaju. Sve je hip hop. Pa ne znam sta tacno ocekujes u Srbiji.
